Delete your D-LIORA account

You can request deletion of your D-LIORA account and associated personal information at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
How to request deletion
- From the mobile app — Settings → Account → Delete Account
- From the Creator Portal — Settings → Account → Delete Account
- By email — send a request from the email address on your account to privacy@dliora.com with the subject line “Account deletion request”
We may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the request. This protects your account against deletion by someone else.
What gets deleted
Once your request is confirmed, we delete:
- Your account and login credentials
- Your creator profile, biography and profile photograph
- Your community posts, comments and messages
- Your training progress, assessments and certificates
- Your campaign participation history
- Device identifiers and push notification tokens
Deletion is completed within 30 days of confirmation.
What may be retained, and why
Some information must be kept for a limited period even after account deletion:

Retained information is not used for any purpose other than the one stated, and is deleted once that purpose ends.
What deletion does not affect
Deleting your D-LIORA account does not delete your TikTok account, your TikTok content, or any information held by TikTok. TikTok is an independent organization and its data is governed by TikTok’s own privacy policy.
Content you have published publicly and which others have shared or reposted may remain visible on third-party platforms outside our control.
