Delete your D-LIORA account

You can delete your D-LIORA account and associated personal information at any time, without installing the app. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.

Other ways to delete your account
- From the mobile app — Profile → Account security → Delete account
- From the Creator or Manager Portal — Profile → Account security → Delete account
- By email — if you can’t sign in, send a request from the email address on your account to [email protected] with the subject line “Account deletion request”
Signing in with your password confirms the request is yours. For email requests we may ask you to confirm your identity first. This protects your account against deletion by someone else.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account in the app, the portal or on this page, it is deleted straight away. We delete:
- Your account and login credentials
- Your creator or manager profile and profile photograph
- Your training progress, assignment submissions and Diamonds
- Your chat messages, community posts and support tickets, with the files you attached
- Your upcoming and pending co-host battle and event requests (past battles stay on the schedule as “Deleted user”)
- Your notifications and activity history
We email you a confirmation once it’s done. Email requests are completed within 30 days of confirmation.
What may be retained, and why
Some information must be kept for a limited period even after account deletion:

Retained information is not used for any purpose other than the one stated, and is deleted once that purpose ends.
What deletion does not affect
Deleting your D-LIORA account does not delete your TikTok account, your TikTok content, or any information held by TikTok. TikTok is an independent organization and its data is governed by TikTok’s own privacy policy.
Content you have published publicly and which others have shared or reposted may remain visible on third-party platforms outside our control.
