We may also collect creator information such as TikTok username or creator identifier, creator profile information, content category or niche, biography, creator region, public creator statistics, LIVE activity information, campaign participation, creator achievements, training participation, and other creator-related information.
Where authorized and permitted, D-LIORA may process performance information such as LIVE activity, LIVE duration, Go-LIVE days, campaign participation, battle participation, diamonds or other creator-performance indicators, engagement statistics, program eligibility information, and related performance metrics.
Training information may include courses enrolled in, training modules completed, progress, assessments, points, certificates or achievements, and participation in workshops or training sessions.
Community information may include profile biography, posts, comments, community messages, group participation, support questions, and information voluntarily shared with other members.
Where payments are required, D-LIORA or an authorized service provider may process information reasonably necessary to issue campaign rewards, pay contractors, process creator incentives, maintain financial records, and meet tax-reporting or withholding obligations.
Technical information may include IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, login timestamps, security logs, pages accessed, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookie or similar technology information.
2. How We Use Information
D-LIORA may use personal information to create and administer accounts, authenticate users, manage creator relationships, provide creator support, deliver training, track educational progress, operate campaigns, verify campaign eligibility, determine campaign rankings, process eligible rewards, provide creator analytics, maintain community features, send organizational announcements, respond to support requests, detect fraud, protect account security, enforce D-LIORA policies, maintain organizational records, improve services, meet contractual obligations, and comply with applicable law.
3. TikTok-Related Information
D-LIORA may process certain information relating to a creator’s TikTok activities when reasonably necessary for creator-network operations and where D-LIORA has a lawful and authorized basis to access that information.
D-LIORA does not claim ownership of TikTok’s systems or data. Information independently collected by TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s own applicable privacy policies and terms.
4. How Information May Be Shared
D-LIORA may share information with service providers supporting website hosting, cloud storage, cybersecurity, email communications, payment processing, analytics, customer support, and other technology infrastructure.
Where authorized and reasonably necessary, information may be exchanged with platforms or program partners for creator management, support, campaigns, compliance, or other legitimate program functions.
Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful legal process, protect D-LIORA’s rights, investigate fraud, protect users, address security threats, or prevent unlawful conduct.
If D-LIORA undergoes a merger, restructuring, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, relevant information may be transferred subject to applicable privacy requirements.
D-LIORA does not sell or share creator personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and does not sell personal information as that term is defined under applicable privacy law.
5. Public and Community Information
Information users intentionally publish within creator profiles or community areas may be visible to other authorized portal users. Users should carefully choose what information they place in their profile or community posts.
6. Data Security
D-LIORA will use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed, including access controls, password protection, authentication measures, encryption where appropriate, security monitoring, restricted administrative access, backups, staff confidentiality obligations, and incident-response procedures.
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
D-LIORA will retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including maintaining active creator accounts, providing services, maintaining campaign records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, maintaining financial records, satisfying legal obligations, and enforcing agreements.
8. Account Closure, Departure and Account Deletion
When a creator leaves D-LIORA, portal and application access may be disabled.
Deleting your account. You may request deletion of your D-LIORA account and associated personal information at any time:
- In the mobile app: Settings → Account → Delete Account
- In the Creator Portal: Settings → Account → Delete Account
- By web request: dliora.com/delete-account
- By email: privacy@dliora.com
Once a deletion request is confirmed, we will delete your account and associated personal information within 30 days, except where we are required or permitted to retain specific records for legal, contractual, tax, financial, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Where information must be retained for those reasons, it will be retained only for as long as necessary and will not be used for any other purpose.
Deleting your D-LIORA account does not delete or affect your TikTok account or any information held by TikTok, which remains subject to TikTok’s own policies.
9. Privacy Rights
Depending upon where a user resides, applicable privacy laws may provide rights concerning personal information, potentially including rights to request access, correction, deletion, information regarding processing, portability where applicable, objection or restriction, and appeals where required.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The D-LIORA website may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, website functionality, analytics, and performance monitoring.
11. Children’s Privacy
The D-LIORA website, Creator Portal and mobile application are intended for creators who are at least 18 years old. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@dliora.com.
12. International Users
D-LIORA may work with creators in multiple countries and regions. As a result, personal information may be processed in jurisdictions other than the user’s country of residence where permitted by applicable law.
13. Marketing Communications
Where required by law, D-LIORA will obtain appropriate consent before sending promotional marketing communications. Users may unsubscribe from marketing communications using available opt-out methods.
14. Third-Party Links
The D-LIORA website and portal may contain links to TikTok and other third-party services. Those organizations maintain their own privacy practices.
15. Automated Systems and Analytics
D-LIORA may use automated systems to organize information, calculate campaign points, track training progress, generate administrative analytics, or help identify creator-performance trends.
16. Privacy by Design
Access to creator information should be limited according to legitimate organizational responsibilities. Managers, administrators, trainers, contractors, or staff should receive access only to information reasonably necessary for their authorized functions.
17. Security Incidents
If D-LIORA becomes aware of a data-security incident affecting personal information, it will investigate and take reasonable measures to contain and address the incident.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
D-LIORA may update this Privacy Policy as its services, technologies, legal obligations, or organizational practices evolve.
18A. The D-LIORA Mobile Application
This section describes data practices specific to the D-LIORA mobile application for iOS and Android. It supplements, and does not replace, the sections above.
Device permissions. The application may request the following permissions. Each is optional, each is requested only at the point it is needed, and each may be withdrawn at any time through your device settings:
- Camera and photo library — to upload a profile photograph or submit content for campaigns and training.
- Notifications — to deliver campaign announcements, training reminders, and account or security alerts.
- Storage or files — to attach documents to support requests.
Declining a permission may limit the related feature but will not prevent you from using the application generally.
Device and application information. When you use the application we may process a device identifier, device model, operating system version, application version, language and region settings, crash and diagnostic reports, and application performance data.
Push notification tokens. Where you enable notifications, we process a push notification token issued by Apple or Google in order to deliver messages to your device. Disabling notifications in your device settings stops this processing.
Analytics and diagnostics. We may use analytics and crash-reporting services to understand how the application is used and to identify and fix defects. These services process technical and usage information as described above.
Authentication credentials. Access tokens issued when you sign in are stored in the secure storage provided by your device operating system (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore). Passwords are never stored on your device.
No advertising identifiers. The D-LIORA application does not use advertising identifiers, does not deliver third-party advertising, and does not track users across other companies’ apps or websites.
App store data disclosures. The information practices described in this Privacy Policy correspond to the data disclosures published on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store for the D-LIORA application. Where a discrepancy arises, this Privacy Policy governs, and we will correct the store disclosure.
19. Contact and Privacy Requests
Privacy questions or requests should be submitted through D-LIORA’s designated privacy contact.
