1. Account Registration

The portal is provided for authorized D-LIORA organizational and creator activities. You may use it to access training, review resources, participate in creator programs, view campaign information, communicate with authorized community members, maintain your creator profile, review relevant performance information, contact support, and participate in other approved D-LIORA activities.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not attempt unauthorized access, circumvent portal security, share another user’s credentials, scrape or mass-download member information, introduce malicious software, interfere with portal operations, create fraudulent accounts, misrepresent your identity, harvest creator contact information, send spam, use portal information for unauthorized solicitation, upload unlawful or infringing materials, abuse another member, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may be permitted to post messages, profile information, photographs, comments, questions, or other materials. You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content to community portions of the portal, you grant D-LIORA the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, display, process, and distribute that content within the Services.

5. Third-Party Services

The portal may reference or connect users to third-party services including TikTok and other technology, communications, payment, training, analytics, or social-media services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. TikTok Disclaimer

TikTok is a separate platform. Your TikTok account remains governed by the applicable TikTok Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, LIVE policies, privacy policies, monetization terms, and other applicable rules.

D-LIORA may display creator performance information obtained from creators, D-LIORA records, authorized platform tools, or other permitted sources. Performance information may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or affected by platform reporting systems.

9. Community Communication

D-LIORA’s original website design, educational materials, branding, graphics, videos, documentation, training resources, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

11. Service Availability

D-LIORA may perform maintenance, security updates, upgrades, or other changes. Continuous uninterrupted portal availability is not guaranteed.

12. Account Suspension

Portal access may be restricted where reasonably necessary because of security concerns, fraud, unauthorized access, material violations of these Terms, termination of the creator relationship, or legal requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. D-LIORA does not warrant that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
