Organizational Terms & Creator Network Policy

Effective 5 September 2026Last updated 5 September 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to D-LIORA Creators Network (“D-LIORA,” “the Network,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

D-LIORA Creators Network is a product of J3s Global Services LLC, a New York limited liability company.

D-LIORA CREATORS NETWORK is a creator-support and management organization focused on creator development, livestream education, training, networking, campaign opportunities, performance development, creator support, and related digital-media services.

These Organizational Terms establish the general rules governing participation in D-LIORA CREATORS NETWORK and the relationship between D-LIORA and creators, managers, recruiters, staff, contractors, community members, and other authorized participants.

Participation in D-LIORA is subject to these terms, any individual agreement entered into with D-LIORA, applicable campaign rules, portal rules, and applicable third-party platform policies.

2. Relationship With TikTok and Other Platforms

D-LIORA participates in programs and services within the broader TikTok creator ecosystem and may provide support to creators participating in TikTok LIVE and other TikTok programs.

TikTok is a separate and independent organization. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by TikTok:

  • D-LIORA does not own, operate, or control TikTok.
  • D-LIORA does not control TikTok’s algorithms, moderation systems, enforcement decisions, monetization programs, payment systems, invitation systems, LIVE features, account eligibility decisions, or platform policies.
  • D-LIORA cannot guarantee account verification, LIVE access, LIVE Pro status, campaign selection, recommendation traffic, account recovery, violation removal, monetization eligibility, earnings, followers, views, diamonds, gifts, or any other TikTok outcome.
  • D-LIORA cannot override decisions made by TikTok.
  • Participation in D-LIORA does not create employment with TikTok.
  • Nothing displayed on the D-LIORA website or portal should be interpreted as an official statement by TikTok unless the material is expressly identified as an official TikTok communication.

Creators remain independently responsible for complying with all applicable TikTok terms, Community Guidelines, LIVE policies, monetization requirements, commercial-content rules, intellectual-property rules, and other platform policies.

If there is a conflict between D-LIORA guidance concerning the use of TikTok and an applicable TikTok policy, the applicable TikTok policy controls with respect to use of TikTok.

3. Creator Relationship With D-LIORA

Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, participation in D-LIORA does not establish an employer-employee relationship between D-LIORA and a creator.

Creators generally remain independent creators responsible for their own content, livestream activities, equipment, internet connection, schedules, personal brands, viewer interactions, legal compliance, taxes, third-party contracts, and platform compliance.

D-LIORA provides creator development, education, administrative assistance, performance guidance, networking opportunities, campaign coordination, and other creator-support services.

4. Creator Eligibility

Creators must satisfy applicable eligibility requirements established by D-LIORA and any relevant platform. Unless a specific program provides otherwise, D-LIORA creator programs are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

Creators must provide accurate information during registration and onboarding. D-LIORA may request reasonable information necessary to confirm identity, creator eligibility, account ownership, geographic region, campaign eligibility, or compliance requirements.

Providing false, misleading, altered, or fraudulent information may result in suspension or termination.

5. Creator Responsibilities

Creators participating in D-LIORA are expected to conduct themselves professionally.

Creators must not engage in harassment, bullying, threats, discrimination, intimidation, targeted abuse, campaign manipulation, falsification of performance information, fraudulent transactions, misrepresentation of D-LIORA or TikTok, impersonation, unauthorized disclosure of confidential information, exploitation of other creators, circumvention of platform rules, illegal use of D-LIORA systems, malware distribution, or unauthorized portal access.

6. Training and Educational Services

D-LIORA may provide creator onboarding, TikTok LIVE education, TikTok Studio training, content-development education, LIVE strategy, community-building education, campaign education, creator performance education, monetization education, technical tutorials, recorded training, written modules, workshops, group sessions, and individual creator support.

Training materials are provided for educational purposes. D-LIORA does not guarantee that following any training method will result in a particular number of viewers, followers, gifts, diamonds, sales, income, or other results.

7. D-LIORA Creator Portal

Authorized creators may receive access to the D-LIORA Creator Portal.

The portal may contain creator profiles, training modules, educational videos, learning progress, points or achievement levels, campaign information, event calendars, announcements, creator resources, support requests, performance information, community discussions, group communication, creator directories, networking tools, and administrative communications.

Portal access is personal to the authorized user. Users may not sell, transfer, lend, or share portal credentials.

8. Community and Creator Directory

The portal may include community functionality allowing creators to interact with other participants.

Creator profiles may include display name, creator username, profile photograph, creator category or niche, professional interests, biography, region or country, creator achievements, and other creator-related information.

Users must respect the privacy and intellectual property of other members. Information obtained through the portal must not be harvested, scraped, sold, spammed, or used for unauthorized commercial solicitation.

9. Campaigns, Challenges and Incentives

D-LIORA may periodically organize creator campaigns, competitions, challenges, battles, rewards, incentives, or promotional programs.

Each campaign may have separate rules covering eligibility, qualification thresholds, LIVE hours, diamonds, gifts, battles, campaign dates, ranking methods, rewards, disqualification, verification, and payment procedures.

Meeting a minimum qualification threshold does not guarantee a prize unless the applicable campaign rules specifically state otherwise. D-LIORA may audit campaign activity before confirming winners. Fraudulent, manipulated, artificial, or otherwise ineligible activity may be excluded.

10. Payments, Rewards and Taxes

Where D-LIORA provides cash rewards, campaign payments, contractor payments, referral compensation, or other monetary benefits, recipients are responsible for providing information reasonably required for lawful payment processing and tax compliance.

Payments may be subject to applicable tax reporting, withholding, verification, and other legal requirements. Recipients remain responsible for their own tax obligations except where applicable law requires D-LIORA or another payer to withhold or report amounts.

D-LIORA does not provide individual tax, legal, immigration, accounting, or financial advice through the creator portal.

11. Intellectual Property

D-LIORA retains ownership of its original organizational materials, including training modules, course structures, graphics, templates, videos, written educational materials, internal documents, campaign designs, branding, logos, portal designs, proprietary processes, and original educational resources.

Unless written authorization is provided, D-LIORA materials may not be commercially reproduced, sold, redistributed, republished, or presented as another person’s or organization’s work.

Creators retain ownership of their original creator content except for rights expressly granted to D-LIORA under these terms or another agreement.

12. Creator Content License

When a creator voluntarily submits content to D-LIORA for creator features, success stories, promotional campaigns, testimonials, educational demonstrations, or Network marketing, the creator grants D-LIORA a non-exclusive license to use the submitted material for the purpose disclosed when it was submitted.

This provision does not transfer ownership of the creator’s TikTok account or original content to D-LIORA.

13. Confidential Information

Certain information distributed through D-LIORA may be confidential, including internal business strategies, non-public campaign information, creator performance information, internal payment structures, business agreements, administrative communications, proprietary training materials, non-public platform communications, and information specifically marked confidential.

Recipients must not disclose confidential information without authorization except where disclosure is required by law.

14. Creator Safety and Professional Conduct

D-LIORA seeks to maintain a respectful creator environment. Harassment, threats, sexual harassment, discrimination, stalking, doxxing, retaliation, intimidation, or other abusive conduct may result in removal from D-LIORA systems or programs.

15. Platform Enforcement

TikTok and other third-party platforms independently control their accounts and enforcement systems.

D-LIORA may assist creators in understanding a violation, preparing information for support, or communicating through available creator-network support channels. However, D-LIORA cannot guarantee reversal of violations, suspensions, restrictions, LIVE bans, account bans, monetization restrictions, or other enforcement actions.

16. Suspension or Termination From D-LIORA

D-LIORA may restrict, suspend, or terminate participation for serious or repeated violations of these Organizational Terms, D-LIORA agreements, campaign rules, platform policies, applicable law, or reasonable security requirements.

Immediate action may be taken for fraud, threats, security breaches, serious misconduct, or circumstances requiring urgent protection of D-LIORA, its creators, or third parties.

17. Changes to Programs

Creator programs, platform requirements, campaigns, incentives, educational resources, and Network procedures may change.

D-LIORA may modify its programs where reasonably necessary due to operational requirements, platform changes, legal requirements, safety concerns, or business needs.

18. No Guarantee of Results

D-LIORA does not guarantee earnings, gifts, diamonds, followers, views, engagement, brand deals, campaign invitations, TikTok recommendations, LIVE Pro status, account growth, or any particular financial or creator outcome.

19. Questions and Organizational Support

Questions regarding these Organizational Terms should be directed through the official D-LIORA support channels identified on the D-LIORA Creator Portal.

20. Acceptance

By joining D-LIORA CREATORS NETWORK, participating in its programs, or using its Creator Portal, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with these Organizational Terms and applicable supplementary policies.
